We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Southern California, focusing on water infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in the design and management of water-related projects.


Key Responsibilities: Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices across diverse project areas Serve as a technical specialist, staff adviser and consultant to the civil engineering specialty, for any given water/wastewater, land/site development, and/or public works project Undertake complex assignments, pioneering new civil engineering techniques or procedures to enhance project outcomes Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production, codes, and established design standards Direct and perform the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents and permit applications for projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California (we're seeking a certified Project Engineer but we also value candidates who possess extensive experience as a designer, capable of performing engineering duties at an advanced level).
At least 3-5 years of Project Engineer experience in the field of civil engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater design Proficiency in using Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS software programs Additional Skills: Strong leadership and project management abilities Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within specified deadlines Commitment to upholding the highest standards of engineering ethics and professionalism Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage Flexible Scheduling (9/80 work week with every other Friday off) A supportive work environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement Come join our team: Click here to check out why we are a great place to work!
