Salary Range: Depending on skillset and experience, starting at $135k +

Bancroft Construction is looking for a full-time Project Executive.
This positionperforms responsibilities in seven primary roles: Internal Project Team Support, Operational Oversight, Risk Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, and Culture.
These seven roles are designed to support Bancroft's commitment to success in External Relations, Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence, and Internal Harmony.


To ensure the project's success, Project Executives are required to demonstrate flexibility and fluidity when performing the position's responsibilities based on current and future circumstances related to any aspect of the project.


Responsibilities: Internal Project Team Support Provide support and leadership among multiple project teams to ensure they have the appropriate resources to manage the job successfully and are meeting the Client's expectations.
Mentor project teams by identifying key learnings during the project and opportunities for both team and individual development.
Operational Oversight Engage and ensure that components of the internal systems, processes, and controls (Bancroft Way) are consistently and effectively executed across the project lifespan.
Provide ongoing coaching to the Project Team or company based on Customer feedback to ensure positive project experiences.
Risk Management Proactively collaborate with the Project Team to identify potential risks (e.g., cost, safety, quality, schedule), roadblocks, and strategies to mitigate risk.
Ensure the for the Owner's sensitive or high-risk areas.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Provide a direct link/liaison between Bancroft Project Teams and Executive level owner representatives so that communication between companies/parties is clear, concise, timely, and honest.
Establish project goals in relationship to but not limited to success factors, schedule, budget, scope, safety, challenges, and execution of various plans.
Develop a solid Customer Relationship with the owner, design team, and other stakeholders that aligns both within and outside of the project parameters.
Support Bancroft's Mission and Vision by participating in professional opportunities (Thought Leadership) where expertise can be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
Business Development Convert your network into projects.
Develop existing and new relationships with Bancroft personnel and the Client, AEs, Consultants, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Influencers throughout the project's duration to identify future projects and opportunities.
Participate in industry associations to develop connections and foster new relationships.
Participate in work acquisition efforts by assisting with proposals and presentation strategies, content development, and working with estimating.
Assist with contract negotiation and execution.
Culture Embody and promote Bancroft's culture to all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Conflict resolution skills.
Working knowledge of contract methods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, clients, and owners.
Willingness to travel.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering is preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of.
Fifteen years plus of practical experience in the construction industry, with five or more years experience in project management, estimating, or design required.
Experience in all phases of construction.
Experience in multiple construction market sectors.
