What You'll Do:
Support all aspects of IT consulting projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data analysis, team logistics, site visits, and report generation
Take full ownership of day-to-day project execution, including proactive management of escalations and ensuring on-time completion of deliverables to meet critical project milestones
Contribute to future state planning of Digital and Technology operating models, IT cost synergy analysis, cybersecurity landscape analysis, and application modeling
Assist in one or multiple workstreams for post-merger integrations, including IT infrastructure consolidation, data migration strategy, and organizational restructuring
Leverage project management tools such as Gantt charts, metrics, and expense tracking spreadsheets
Develop Digital and Technology project plans, tools, and templates
Develop statistical models, analyze client data, and develop presentations
Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required
Qualifications Include:
Minimum 6 years of relevant industry with exposure to large transformation projects
Prior experience operating as a Subject Matter Expert within a business setting
Familiarity with tier 1 ERP platforms preferred
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad spectrum of client employees
Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality
Accurate, detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
Proficiency using the following software: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
4-year degree, preferably with a focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ability to obtain once employed
PMP certification preferred but not required
