Your Future Team We are looking for a Director of Projects who is excited to work directly with Hightower leadership and drive the execution of the firm's strategy. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a collaborative approach to driving deliverables – frequently having to work with multiple partners, with a passion to learn, and performs at a high level under variable workloads. What You'll Do Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, strategies, and resource capacity, and timelines.Effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and any risks, actions, issues, and/or decisions that need to be addressed.Develop and implement change management strategies, identify potential challenges, develop mitigation plans, and support communication efforts to minimize disruption and maintain engagement for all "clients" of a project.Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress and measure success. Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.Identify lessons learned and best practices from projects and leverage them to improve future processes.Ensure compliance with Hightower project management standards and best practices including regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to PMO standards.Support the strategic development of the PMO.
