Project Manager Customer Service

After the machine is delivered, the Customer Service department becomes the first point of contact. This department is responsible for various tasks, including Customer Service.
As a Project Manager Customer Service, you are in charge of providing the first quick response and support line to customers. Additionally, you manage the internal acceptance of projects, while also handling the commercial and financial aspects.
From the moment the machine is delivered to the customer, you act as the liaison between the customer and the company. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicating with customersProviding advice on maintenance and upgradesPreparing quotes for service and interventions, both for Customer Service and MetrologyPlanning and coordinating service and interventions and closely monitoring their executionReporting completed activities to the customerAligning invoicing with the Accounting Department and the customer, and following up on paymentsEnsuring customer satisfaction by actively inquiring about their experience and addressing their needsProcessing information from support, service, and interventionsIdentifying customer-reported issues and escalating them to the responsible departments, providing feedback to the customer, and proposing solutionsYour competences:
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics or equivalent through experience.Initial experience in an engineering/support roleFluent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English, and French. Proficiency in German is a plusExperience with MS OfficeWillingness to further educate oneself on product knowledge, technical skills, and language proficiency.Friendly and customer-oriented with attention to detailProactive and results-orientedWillingness to listen and stress-resistantWhat we offer:
