Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager, or an experienced professional looking to advance their career to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience with Building Automation and Energy Management Systems is required.
This position has a yearly salary of $80,000+, and includes benefits, 401K, and paid time off.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the completion of project as-built documentation Maintain knowledge of building automation hardware, software, and applications Provide technical support to Installing Subcontractors and Technicians Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of projects Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives Manage project budgets and track expenses Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise Utilize construction management software (Sage, ProCore, Bluebeam) to track project documentation, change orders, and RFIs Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 year technical degree desired 3 - 5 years' experience in the Building Automation/ Temperature Controls industry preferred Knowledge in servers, network equipment and environments Skilled in use of personal computer with Microsoft Office or the equivalents used by customers Proficiency in project scheduling software Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to carry/setup and climb an 8' ladder without assistance Able to visit job construction hard hat areas and climb stairs, maneuver in and around pipework and air ducts and work safely in close proximity to exposed line voltage and low voltage wiring and terminations Possess valid motor vehicle license and possess safe driving record as required by company's insurance carrier Participate in and support a drug free workplace program
