Job Responsibilities: Oversight of project activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple large-scale projects Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding process Review blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work Sourcing all appropriate contractors for specific projects Point of contact to the client, providing updates on project milestones throughout all phases of the project Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with GC's Projects ranging up to and exceeding $5,000,000 Update the internal and client software management system throughout all phases of the project Collaborating with Director of Construction and other team members Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in project management National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred Bidding and staffing projects in the range of $25,000-$250,000 Experience managing multiple general contracted projects nation-wide Strong customer service and management skills Excellent time management skills Technologically inclined and proficient in Microsoft Office Organized & detail oriented Experience working with & managing sub-contractors Must be creative and think outside of the box Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Company paid Group Term Life Insurance 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match) Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays Paid Holidays Why Broadway?
