Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
This is a part-time, contract position.

Responsibilities Include: Develop and integrate detailed project plans with construction managers and other key stakeholders. Lead weekly team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of progress. Create and manage an issue tracking log to prioritize problems and expedite resolutions. Oversee coordination among all vendors to ensure consistent approach and timing. Monitor expenses to balance scope and budget. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. 5+ years' experience managing large-scale construction or a related field is required. Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) is preferred. Excellent analytical and technical skills are a must. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project is preferred.
