LOCATION: Wilsonville, OR SALARY: $55-$63 per hour DOE SCHEDULE: Flexible 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday INDUSTRY: Human Resource THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our early childhood education organization.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project objectives are met. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop detailed project plans, outlining phases, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor team performance and guide as needed. • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently.
Track expenditures and report on financial status. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to address challenges. • Facilitate regular communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Provide updates on project status, progress, and any issues that arise. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies.
Implement processes for continual improvement. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure records are organized and accessible. SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES • Bachelor's degree • Proven experience as a project manager • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • PMP certification or similar qualification is a plus. • Proficient in project management software and tools.
