As a Project Manager, Life Sciences at Blue Sky eLearn, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects for our Life Science clients using our LMS platform Path eClinical to conduct Clinical Trial Training. Our project managers achieve this through understanding the objectives of the Sponsor (Client) and the key deliverables and milestones of the clinical trial and training requirements. You will bring training expertise, a friendly attitude, obsessive attention to detail, and an investigative mindset to manage and support the implementation of the Clinical Trial Training Portal and ongoing training compliance needs of our clients. You must think methodically, communicate frequently, document thoroughly, and act proactively. You will work cross-functionally with multiple internal team members to develop a keen understanding of client's unique business needs and challenges and identify and manage any internal resources necessary to realize their goals.
As a member of the Life Sciences team, you will manage a portfolio of projects supporting clinical trial studies with a high-profile portfolio of clients, and as the first touch point in a clients experience after purchasing Blue Sky solutions, you will be a critical player in driving long-term success of the client and demonstrating the value of the Blue Sky solution and team.
