We are currently seeking a Project/Technology Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
NTT DATA's federal client is expanding their capability to assess evolving operational cyber capabilities in various areas, including but not limited to; collecting data; identifying criminal networks; seizure of digital assets; and the maintenance of secure operations. This role will be responsible for establishing review criteria and maintaining a Centralization of Tools (CoT), the functional role is Analytic Tools Administrator. A general knowledge base in the areas of IT systems, analytic tools and Microsoft Suite work systems is required.
Job Duties:
Software license management in support of the Centralization of Tools (CoT) program
Support the acquisition, distribution, and deployment process of analytical applications(investigative tools)to meet demands of field investigations enterprise-wide
Ability to load data and utilize dashboards and reports on defined measures, metrics, and key performance indicators while utilizing Microsoft PowerBI.
Track and maintain licenses for investigative tools to be used enterprise-wide while assessing the effectiveness of the tools to meet the demand of the field.
Conduct briefings using Microsoft PowerBI and other Suite tools to collect and track request for tools access and distribution.
Review and process raw data from multiple vendors reports to justify license revocation.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements through the design and implementation of policies, procedures, standardized documentation, and analytics infrastructure to enforce industry best practices.
Act as liaison between program office and the IT support to consolidate requests for tools access from field elements
Serve as an external vendor relations manager to work with account executives to coordinate training and provide materials for end-users as well as create stats for training outcomes.
Explain tasks and processes in a clear and concise manner to be consumed and understood by non-technical business associates.
Must communicate complex concepts or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written and/or visual means on an as requested basis
Produce written reports to provide periodic updates to the field on trends related to cyber tools
A general understanding of IT systems, networking, and computer software
Must have the ability to effectively communicate, in a confident and well-organized manner, through verbal, written and/or visual means
Support of law enforcement programs strongly desired
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related disciplineHigh School Diploma + 4 additional years of experience = Associate's Degree;
Associate's Degree + 4 additional years of experience = Bachelor's Degree;
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT projects in support of federal, state, and/or local clients.
Minimum 1 year of experience developing dashboards in PowerBI
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
