Proposal Coordinator

Fullservice engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to their Indianapolis office! Responsibilities: Lead development of compliant and highquality client submittals in a fastpaced environment Coordinate/execute all aspects of the proposal process Lead kickoff meetings Responsible for all proposal deliveries (compliance matrix development assigning responsibilities monitoring deadlines proposal organization layout writing/editing content and compliance) Support the development of technical narratives/illustrations Collaborate with team members Requirements: Bachelor s degree 3 years of experience developing client submittals (preferably in the A/E/C industries) Experience with Designbuild and/or P3 client submittals preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) Experience with CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint and collaboration platforms) preferred Experience in Graphic design technical illustration and Adobe illustrator and Photoshop preferred Strong project management analytical and decisionmaking skills Ability to handle multiple client submittals simultaneously under tight deadlines Salary is commensurate with experience.
