The mission of the Product Research and Development department is to build business intelligence applications to solve practical marketing analytics problems.
As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for evaluating software functions and designing test protocols to ensure that products work as intended.
You will also be responsible for completing all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes, and preparing automated QA reports for the engineering managers.
At the core, this role is responsible for owning having in-depth knowledge for the SaaS platform.

YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON: Coordinate with Engineering and Product Managers to understand software specifications Ability to design, write and execute complex software testing procedures Building, coding, and implementing software evaluation test programs Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly Tweaking the software testing systems for maximum performance Finalizing and documenting testing procedures Completing final tests and creating test reports Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience CAPABILITIES YOU WILL BRING: Extensive experience in software development and testing High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure code functions as specified Challenge the status quo and always thinking about ways to improve Receptive to feedback and are proactive about finding solutions Team player, with flexibility to adapt to new working environments A multitasker with excellent time management skills who can handle tight deadlines QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a software Test/QA Engineer In-depth understanding of Python, Javascript, Single SPA frameworks and HTML Technologies: Playwright, Selenium Required (One or more of): Playwright, Selenium Bonus experience: JIRA, GitHub, Solid Agile SDLC foundation
