Built with the expertise of scientific advisors from the Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Hospital, Boston University, and Harvard Medical School, we are leading the way in proactive, personalized healthcare.  As a Quality Assurance Associate you will support the quality assurance process across the product lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, operations, and product management—to ensure that our products and processes meet established standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, methodical, and passionate about maintaining the highest levels of quality in a dynamic environment.
\n Responsibilities will include:Testing & Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of digital products, components, and websites to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.Perform detailed testing against specified requirements, documenting any non-conformances with clarity and precision. Process Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.Recommend and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.Documents & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all quality-related activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective action plans.Generate regular quality reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders.Utilize the company quality tools such as but not limited to: TestRail, Figma, Jira, and Sentry.Compliance & Standards Enforcement: Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure the organization's quality framework remains robust and up-to-date.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with experience, clinical, operations, and supply chain teams to align quality goals with overall business objectives.Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide quality insights, support problem-solving initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines1-3 years of professional software quality assurance experienceKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, continuous deployment, and exception-tracking tools You should get in touch with if: You are interested and knowledgeable about the healthcare, wellness, fitness, or nutrition industries.You have strong attention to detail and good investigation and organizational skills. You have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
