Quality Control Microbiology Cell and Gene Therapy
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Quality Control Microbiology Cell and Gene Therapy, are to:
Provides a "hands on" capacity on routine, cell and gene therapy, biological development product testing activities under the supervision of more senior personnel;
Performs all activities in a manner consistent with cGMP requirements;
Keeps accurate documentation;
Accurately follows relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Seeks input from more senior team members for the performance of assignments as needed;
Demonstrates the ability to learn new skills and achieve proficiency;
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree;
Experience in Bactec or Bac T Alert testing
Experience in performing relevant activities including working in a cGMP compliant environment.
Ability to learn new skills rapidly
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely;
Good interpersonal skills;
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $77,000 to $100,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
