The Quality Coordinator is a pivotal member of the Quality Department, tasked with supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) accreditation standards. This role encompasses coordinating quality-related activities, data management, and assisting in accreditation processes while also providing support for CLAS (Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services) and equity initiatives. The Quality Coordinator is instrumental in fostering a culture of quality and equity within the organization. The Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Quality Department's efforts to achieve and maintain NCQA accreditation while driving quality improvement initiatives and promoting equity in healthcare delivery. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality, equity, and improving health outcomes for all. 
\n Your ImpactAssist in preparing for NCQA accreditation surveys, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and requirements.Coordinate documentation and data collection efforts to facilitate accreditation submissions.Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.Support the development and implementation of quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing member outcomes and satisfaction.Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for intervention.Participate in quality improvement committees and workgroups to drive initiatives and monitor progress.Manage and maintain quality-related data systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key quality metrics, performance indicators, and outcomes.Conduct regular audits and validation checks to uphold data integrity and reliability.Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and protocols related to quality assurance and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate CLAS principles into quality improvement initiatives and processes.Support efforts to address health disparities and promote health equity within the organization and the communities served.Provide guidance and training on culturally competent care and equitable service delivery to staff members.Perform other duties and support deliverables as assigned by the organization to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values. Your CredentialsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, quality improvement, or related field.Familiarity with NCQA accreditation standards and requirements.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and analysis tools/software.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience in project management and quality improvement methodologies preferred.Knowledge of CLAS principles and commitment to health equity initiatives.Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ) is advantageous.
\n$55,000 - $65,000 a year
