Our Radiology Technologist (RT) is a valuable part of the extraordinary care offered ADVANCED Sports and Orthopedic Medicine Clinic. The RT is responsible for helping ensure the smooth operations in the fast paced environment of the clinic with the goal of a positive patient experience with every encounter. The RT seeks and accepts feedback from the physicians for the purpose of maintaining or improving the quality of diagnostic films.Key Responsibilities Preparing patients to be seen by physicians Placing casts and/or braces as required by the physicians Assisting in the collection, documentation, processing, and verification of information related to patient care Preparing injections and prescriptions as required by the physicians Keeping patients informed of wait times and managing visit expectations Communicates patient concerns and needs to the physicians Performs other duties as determined by the Practice Manager and/or physicians Entry Rate: Competitive; dependent upon experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Shift Details: This position full time (approximately 30-40 hours). Work schedule are typically set, but may fluctuate each week as they are coordinated with another full-time RT. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 1PM. Department: OrthopedicsMinimum Requirements Completion of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program Current Radiologic Technologist licensure in the state of Utah Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in writing and via email Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters Demonstrated computer skills with data entry software Must be able to flex schedule in accordance with patient and provider schedules Preferred Qualifications One or more years work experience as a Radiology Technologist. Experience in an orthopedic setting Physical Requirements Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools.Please Note :All positions subject to close without noticeJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Relocate: Lehi, UT 84043: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
