Job Description: As a Radiology Technician at our pain management and vascular surgery center, you will play a crucial role in assisting our medical team and providing high-quality imaging services. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment. Your expertise will help guide our physicians in diagnosing and treating pain-related conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other modalities as required.- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.- Ensure the accuracy and quality of images produced for diagnostic purposes.- Maintain and operate radiology equipment, adhering to safety protocols.- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and contribute to patient care plans.- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.- Valid state licensure and certification (ARRT or equivalent).- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in pain management, vascular, or similar specialties.- Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and safety protocols.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
