Ranch Manager - Winding River Fishing Ranch

Ranch Manager PositionLooking for a dependable individual or couple with a background in carpentry and knowledge of managing ranches. Must be meticulous with a strong work ethic. The ranch features 5.5 miles of the South Platte River and four lakes. This is a year-round position averaging 25 to 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities: Taking care of 10 cowsMaintaining roads and fencesManaging BLM and State leasesCleaning cabinsSnow removalFence maintenance and repairsIrrigationGeneral maintenance and servicesKnowledge of tractorsCompensation: $45,000 plus housing
