This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing prime locations to grow our clinic footprint, partnering closely with our CEO and external real estate brokerage to lead site selection, lease negotiation, and project executionfrom the Letter of Intent (LOI) through opening day. Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and site feasibility to align with brand goals. Negotiation & LOI Management : Lead lease negotiations and LOI execution to ensure favorable terms and strategic alignment with growth objectives. Project Oversight : Drive the timeline from LOI to grand opening, partnering with architects, construction, engineering, and operations teams for smooth clinic setup and on-time openings. Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the key liaison between internal departments and outside vendors, ensuring transparent and effective communication to achieve project goals. Market Expansion : Maintain an active pulse on national real estate trends, identifying high-potential markets and sites for future growth. Budget & Timeline Management : Track project timelines and budgets, balancing cost management with quality and efficiency.
