A telecommunication company is hiring for a Real Estate Specialist in the Greater Seattle area to join their team and assist in the management and completion of real estate, regulatory, and leasing projects.
The specialist will be working to help with upcoming transport upgrades on existing sites, and will be responsible for managing a range of purchase orders.
The ideal candidate would have experience with site acquisitions, leasing, zoning, regulatory requirements, and/or permitting approvals, along with utilizing internal project management databases, experience working with internal/external stakeholders, and have strong interpersonal skills.
