If you're looking for a position with excellent earning and growth opportunities, apply now!Responsibilities•Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients•Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers•Stay available to all your clients when they need you•Live tour requests - Imagine a world where a consumer requests a showing online, then is transferred directly to your cell phone LIVE•Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale•Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options•Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers•Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market•Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a homeQualifications•Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car•Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success•At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience•Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired•Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
