Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist Hours: Monday - Friday, either 8 am - 1 pm or 12 pm - 5 pm Objectives of this Role Streamline office operations and support daily processes, supplies, and equipment management Serve as a welcoming face to employees, guests, and visitors, creating a positive first impression Ensure smooth workflows, communications, and logistics throughout the office Manage the office badging system and ensure facility-related concerns are reported to the appropriate department Exhibit a hunger to learn, resourcefulness, and a willingness to help wherever needed Responsibilities Open/close the office and greet employees, visitors, vendors, and interviewees in a friendly manner Manage and maintain the badging system, running daily reports for office entry and security Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the functionality of office equipment, and liaising with the appropriate departments for repairs Coordinate conference rooms for meetings, including room setup and catering orders Assist with internal event planning, such as office celebrations or team lunches Run daily reports, maintain detailed calendars, and coordinate schedules for the office Create purchase orders (POs) and submit office expenses Ensure all facility-related issues are raised promptly to the correct department Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative and is always willing to assist Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Basic knowledge of office systems and reporting tools
