Insight Global's client is a tax firm specializing in individual and business tax returns, trust and estate tax returns and bookkeeping services. They can also assist you with other various tax matters, such as sales and use taxes, payroll taxes and provider taxes. The client is seeking a Receptionist to assist in preparation for and throughout their busy tax season. The role will entail inbound and outbound phone support, email support, scheduling appointments, inventory management, mail handling, and various administrative tasks. Hours: 30-40 hours per week (can choose their shift; likely 8:30-3:30) Company Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Position: Receptionist Training: January 2025 Official Contract Duration: February 1st - June 1st Pay Rate: 17-18/hr. Hours: 35-40 hours per week (can choose their shift; likely 8:30-3:30) Company Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Must Haves: 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant. Experience with phone support, triaging calls, and transferring calls (they use Mitel Phone System). Experience with scheduling appointments via phone and software. Great communication, phone demeanor, and ability to work with clients. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PDFs, Outlook, Word). Experience with Office 365 (they use this for scheduling all appointments). Light office administration experience (filtering, sorting, mail handling, etc.) Comfortable with contract duration.
