We're seeking an experienced recruiter, with strong interest in the cryptocurrency & blockchain industry (Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, web3, etc). Our team works with over 30 of the fastest growing and most innovative cryptocurrency companies on a daily basis, by helping them to find top talent, quickly and efficiently.
Proof of Talent is a remote-first company that values trust and autonomy among our team. We set goals and aim to achieve them, without the micromangement typically found at other recruiting firms.
This is a full-time, salaried position with aggressive commission plan, 100% company paid health benefits, 401k match and more. Base salary starts at $60,000 annually. So what exactly are we looking for?
+1 years of experience in recruiting, with preference for work at an agencyProven track record of exceeding recruiting metrics and placement goalsSkill in guiding candidates through an interview process, from the first conversation to offer acceptanceStrong interest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, cryptocurrency and blockchain technologyFocus on high-output and producing results for candidatesDesire to help build a company from the ground up and grow with it This is a remote position, although the preference is for someone based in the United States.
