Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator Mirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator to join its Human Resources team! The Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator will support the HR Team and our four Mirbeau properties which are located in Skaneateles NY, Rhinebeck NY, Albany NY and Plymouth, MA. This role will be based in Saratoga Springs with one day per week onsite at Spa Mirbeau Albany. Responsibilities: Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions, reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to viable candidates Manage and oversee benefits administration (401K, Medical, Dental, Vision) Oversee leaves of absence for the Mirbeau properties (PFL, FMLA, DBL, PFML) Assist with the execution of employee recognition programs Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment Conduct exit interviews Update and maintain internal company documents Manage Employee Assistance Program Assist the Director of HR and HR Manager with HR projects Dedicated HR support for our Spa Mirbeau Albany location Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher 2 years of experience in HR or related field; leave management experience a plus Excellent communication and organization skills Must be able to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a team The health and well-being of our team members is a high priority at Mirbeau.
