On the Talent Acquisition team, we work on the front lines of our company's growth. This is a thrilling time for Affirm, and we will need more individuals to recruit the best talent. We're seeking a sharp recruiting coordinator to tackle the hiring needs from various angles and allow our recruiting team to soar. What You'll Do Deliver a positive candidate experience for the teams you'll support; ensure that each candidate has a thorough understanding of the company culture Own scheduling for initial and onsite stage interviews for aligned functions Greet candidates and deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience Support scaling of interviewer operations as needed (e.g. maintain interviewer training, interviewer quality improvement, etc.) Develop partnerships with Recruiters & Interviewers to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience Maintain a solid understanding of Affirm's history, multiple products, new features, and core values What we Look For Interest in technology and startups Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with executive team on recruiting matters clearly and concisely Adapts well to change and new scenarios  6+ months of experience working in high growth and fast-paced environments Passionate about talent acquisition as a function Experience working with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferred Experience with scheduling tools, Prelude preferred Experience working with Google Calendar preferred Pay Grade - D
Equity Grade - 1

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $70,000 - $90,000 (Equivalent to the hourly wage range)
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $62,000 - $82,000 (Equivalent to the hourly wage range)
