Recruiting Intern: Recruiting interns to focus on recruiting, engaging, staffing, and supporting our swim instructors - a growing and diverse group of independent contractors. It's like a puzzle every day to recruit and find an instructor to fit each client's unique requests.A key part of the job is also communicating policies to new hires and strengthening relationships with long-time contractors. By helping instructors succeed, our clients stay happy and students learn vital water safety skills. Your responsibilities: Review applicants, interview and hire selected applicantsEngage, manage new hires and long-time contractors' accounts to track performanceAct as a resource for applicants and contractorsConduct phone interviews with applicants across the countryMake hiring decisions with our client's best interest in mindReview and respond to instructor requestsFind the right swim instructor for new clientsManage instructor accounts to track performanceCommunicate efficiently with instructors through all platformsConduct online onboarding sessions with selected new hiresWork efficiently with all of the departments to address and solve problemsWork proficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressureExpertly predict, avert issues, & come up with a creative solution in a timely mannerKeep current with changes, issues, and concernsAssist contractors with any changes in their current contract Our Expectations: Comfortable and confident talking on the phoneA positive mentality and friendly team attitudeStrive to achieve individual and team goalsDependable and reliableAnalytical thinker who focuses on resultsStrong verbal and written communicatorAble to learn new software programs quickly/tech-savvyHonest and ethical with good judgmentCollege degree preferred Grow our culture and grow with us!
