Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) and Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) are seeking a full-time experienced Recruiting Specialist with 2 or more years of experience to join our Corporate Recruiting team in Abingdon, Maryland. Familiarity with civil/geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and construction-related disciplines is preferred.
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dress code is business casual. This position will initially be on-site. However, a hybrid schedule is available after a period of 6 months.
Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities Engage passive and active candidates via phone, email and textSource passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter software and other social media platformsCoordinate and schedule virtual or office interviews between candidate and hiring team
Prepare and send offer letters on behalf of hiring team, follow up with all parties as necessaryPre-screen candidates, perform reference checks and relay information to hiring teamPost online job ads through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, college websites, and professional society websites Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or similar field preferred, not requiredExtensive experience with passive candidate sourcing requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
