This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.
Position Responsibilities Create analytics reporting on digital recruitment advertising efforts including uline.jobs, job board sites, social media, email marketing and job postings.
Help create advertising campaigns on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
Track and analyze advertising data to inform recruitment advertising decisions.
Research new advertising data analysis solutions.
Minimum Requirements This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask and adapt while maintaining attention to detail.
