Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles across North America, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and meet talent needs effectively. Maintain and manage employee files, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and compliant with regional labor laws and company policies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's growth and expansion in the North American market. Track and report on recruitment metrics, adapting strategies to meet hiring targets and optimize processes. Act as an employer brand ambassador by creating an excellent candidate experience and promoting our company culture. Requirements: Proven experience recruiting in the North American market, with a good understanding of USA and Canadian employment laws and regulations. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse backgrounds. Strong track record in building effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles. Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing employee documentation and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (preferably Bamboo). Availability to work the afternoon shift to align with North American teams.
