Asa Regional Construction Manager, you will assist the team in effectivelymanaging the construction division, including staffing, training anddevelopment, documentation of work performed, inventory control, equipmentpurchases and maintenance, and record keeping.
The Regional ConstructionManager reports to the Regional General Manager or Regional Vice President.

WhatYou'll Do
•Demonstrate company services knowledge and continue to learn and educate inconstruction technique, equipment, technology, etc.
•Review and perform scopes provided by the Project Director or RegionalMitigation Manager, including supplements and change orders.
•Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits,drawings and blueprints, and change orders, including photos and field reports;ensure completion of

paperworkand maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the jobsite to administration.
•Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, andquality requirements.
Manage all contract and change order costs, includingnegotiating, processing, and assessing impacts.
•Manage equipment, materials/consumables, and labor on jobs for correct jobcosting and invoicing; oversee scheduling to control labor hours.
•Effectively communicate project expectations and status to Project Directors,Technicians, other team members, and customers, in a timely and clear fashion.
•Ensure safety compliance with OSHA guidelines, as well as CRC Safety Standards.Identify and follow safety protocols for lead and asbestos containingmaterials.
•Assist in creation and management of the on-call process; participate in theon-call process, ensuring adequate coverage.
•Plan, coordinate, and schedule of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors forbest use of resources.
•Meet or exceed established margin targets and performance standards on everyjob.
•Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications,experience, and cost-effectiveness.
•Maintain a proper working relationship with vendors and subcontractors.

WhatYou'll Need
•5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
•Multi-family and commercial construction experience
•Must have strong foundational understanding of large exterior and interiorconstruction
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to perform well under pressure
•Working knowledge with MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well asscheduling programs (MS Project)
•Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs
•Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other documentsincluding Xactimate scopes of work
•Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Ability to travel regionally for extended periods of time
•Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record, clean background,as well as pass a drug screening
•Good organizational skills
•The ability to process information quickly and follow through with a course ofaction
•A demonstrated knowledge of construction processes
•Knowledge of building codes and blueprints
•Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to:

oLifting and carrying 50 pounds.

oOperate heavy equipment.

oStanding for long periods of time.

oAble to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs.

oWorking in confined spaces and in close proximity to loud equipment.
