Position Overview: Ceribell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales efforts across a designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Director will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving new business acquisition within the assigned territory. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the medical device industry, particularly in selling into complex and disruptive environments.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Territory Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business acquisition and market expansion within the region.Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree preferred).10+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in selling into complex and disruptive environments.5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a regional or national sales management role.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.Prior experience selling into the ED and/or ICU.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets.Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.What We Offer: 200K Base + Uncapped Variable ($400K at Plan) + Ceribell Equity100% Employer paid Health Benefits for the EmployeeLife & Long-term disability insurance paid 100% by CeribellMonthly cell phone stipendFlexible paid time off11 Paid HolidaysExcellent parental leave policyFantastic culture with tremendous career advancement opportunitiesJoining a mission-minded organization!Salary Range: $200,000 - $200,000 USD
