Regional Vice President, Operations

Who You Are:
As the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will oversee "make and deliver" functions across the Central Region, including cultivation, manufacturing, inventory/supply chain, and facilities. This leadership role drives the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives within state facilities and collaborates with operations and shared services teams to maintain high standards in Safety, Compliance, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics.
Location Requirement:This is an onsite position based at one of our Central Region manufacturing facilities (Fargo, ND; Litchfield, IL; Kansas City, MO; or Johnstown, OH), with relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
What You Will Do:
Metrics & Financials:Ensure business success by achieving key corporate metrics and managing budgets, including CAPEX, OPEX, and headcounts.
Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth, continuity, and cost initiatives.
Tactical Oversight:Lead field teams to meet business goals, focusing on Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
Cross-Functional Partnership:Work closely with operations support and national shared services to ensure seamless field operations.

What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in Operations leadership with experience in building teams and processes.
5+ years in FDA, SQF, or cGMP environments.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
Strong communication abilities, adaptable to all organizational levels.
