They must work within the guidance and oversight of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or RBT Supervisor, to deliver behavior analysis services and techniques to the best of their abilities.
It is essential that they work closely with these supervisors to ensure exceptional and optimal patient safety.
The RBT must take care to meet all expectations while providing effective services and maintaining a high level of patient confidentiality.
With this in mind, they can help to provide excellent patient care and ensure that the best possible outcome is achieved.Requirements:PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Job responsibilities labeled EF capture those duties that are essential functions of the job.

(EF)Qualifications:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSGraduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s) indicated below in the Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations section.Student of an education program on a path to working with persons diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder.
