*Position Summary:*The Registered Dietitian will help identify and review the nutritional needs of Norwood Crossing residents, while implementing interventions to help maintain and achieve specific nutritional status and enhance the quality of life based on resident goals.*Duties and Responsibilities:*§ Provide nutritional expertise to the interdisciplinary team regarding residents on caseload.§ Interact with other departments in setting up any policies or procedures as they relate to dining services and nutrition.§ Actively participate in weekly care plans in order to provide updates and/or changes.§ Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.§ Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes or menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability, as well as, needs of the residents.§ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
