Assist with ADLs and custodial care needs.Provide in-home skilled care to clients including but not limited to:Wound CareMedication administrationTrach careG/J-tube managementPost-operative careIV Therapy/InjectionsEnd of life careVentilator careYou Have (Qualifications)Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse1+ year(s) of experience as a RNCurrent CPR certificationTechnical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation knowledge and experienceA reliable method of transportation, current driver's license, and car insurance coverageProof of Immunization/Exemption: Flu, and COVID-19TB Test or Chest X-RayA willingness to complete additional training, as assigned
