Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: OB/GYN - Labor and Delivery, Postpartum Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Contracted Hours Experience: 1 year with strong OB experience License: MN state license (proof of application accepted) Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - NRP - Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Must-Have: - MedSurg experience - Labor and Delivery experience - OB experience Job Description: - Provide comprehensive care in labor and delivery, postpartum, nursery, and couplet care.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 across all shifts.
- Work weekends as required, every other weekend or every third weekend.
- Participate in orientation for 14 hours.
- Flexibility to float within scope as needed by the facility.
- Adhere to vaccination requirements, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.
- Complete required fingerprinting and lab work promptly.
- Work holiday shifts as needed.
- Utilize Epic for charting.
- Wear any color scrubs as per department requirements.
