What You'll Do:
•Assess residents' needs and assign appropriate staff for care.

•Supervise and evaluate nursing care effectiveness.

•Keep nursing care plans updated.

•Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

•Lead educational programs for residents and families.

•Work closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing staff.

•Act as a professional role model and leader.


Requirements:
•Organized, flexible, and adaptable.

•Ability to multitask like a pro.

•Skilled in managing emotions and conflicts.

•Maintaining a professional appearance and positive interactions.

•Must have a valid Minnesota RN license - in Good Standing.

•Experience in a chemical dependency facility preferred but not required.
