Remote- Civil Litigation Attorney

Location: Los Angeles (Fully Remote) Position Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5+Years About the Role: The Law Firm is a highly respected litigation firm and is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of legal experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and will be responsible for managing complex civil litigation matters, providing high-level legal counsel, and handling cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and complaints. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in [State(s)] (multi-jurisdictional admission is a plus). 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with exposure to complex cases.
