Job Description:

As a Remote Client Relations Associate at Automation Anywhere, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our company and our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and concerns- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure seamless client interactions- Research industry trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and retention rates- Attend client meetings and conferences as needed to strengthen relationships- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as necessary

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service- Energetic and enthusiastic personality- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently- Research skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends- Experience working in a client relations or customer service role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
