Job Description:Time Warner is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote client support specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase revenue- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and drive results- Communicate regularly with clients to build strong relationships and loyalty- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
