Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed.4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Utilize customer relationship management systems to track interactions and maintain accurate records.7. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills.3. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.4. Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
