**Job Description:**

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information concerning products, services, and order statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, leveraging company resources, and providing timely resolutions.

2. **Order Management:**
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order execution.
- Track and follow up on customer orders, providing updates as necessary.

3. **Relationship Building:**
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends, reporting findings to management and suggesting improvements.

5. **Project Management:**
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of customer-related projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

6. **Self-Management:**
- Work independently and be proactive in identifying issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training to remain up to date on product offerings and best practices in customer service.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; ability to learn new software quickly.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find quick and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Independent: Capable of working autonomously while meeting performance expectations.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and feedback effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
