Requirements: Proven experience in processing Construction, Fix and Flip, Bridge, and DSCR loans. Familiarity with private money lending practices and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
