Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants, a leading hospitality company known for its popular restaurant chains, is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This full-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with restaurant managers and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective operations at various Darden Restaurants locations- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize restaurant performance- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and address any issues proactively- Provide remote support and guidance to restaurant staff on operational procedures and best practices- Communicate with various stakeholders to coordinate operational activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends- Reliable and dedicated work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
