Remote Oracle And Ukg Analyst

Our client is looking to add a Temporary, Senior HRIS Analyst with a focus in Payroll and Compensation, with direct experience in ORACLE and UKG, to their team.
This is a fully remote role and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization within the healthcare field.
Duties: Act as the system administrator for UKG payroll, managing business processes, workflow, and reporting.
Serve as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, collaborating on projects to optimize system configuration.
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and testing, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Develop and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Provide user support and training, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
Manage HRIS Compensation processes and integration with third-party systems.

Requirements: 1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience ORACLE and UKG systems experience required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process optimization.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPPA)
