What You'll Be Doing - Ensure engagements are properly planned, performed, supervised, reviewed, documented, and results communicated.
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Oversee Staff and Seniors on each engagement, helping with issues and reviewing work
- Prepare financial forecasts and assist consulting division on various projects
- Train and mentor Interns, Staff, and Seniors What You Need For This Position
- 3+ years experience as Senior or above - CPA required
- 3+ years of experience with Employee Benefit Plans required
- Experience in supervising and training Staff What's In It For You
