Iris Telehealth is hiring a psychiatrist either licensed in Missouri or with an active IMLC LOQ to provide essential care to underserved communities through 100% remote work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, we have flexible scheduling options and are looking for a psychiatrist for 24-40 hours per week in an FQHC outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology.

We are Joint Commission Accredited and deeply committed to our mission of expanding access to mental health care.Comprehensive Support: From licensing and credentialing to IT and administrative assistance, we've got you covered so you can focus on patient care.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule with the freedom to work from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.About the Role: Setting: FQHC outpatient clinic in Missouri (100% remote)Schedule: 24-40 hours/week with 60 minutes of admin time per 8-hour dayAppointments: 60-minute initial visits, 30-minute follow-upsPatient Population: Ages 18+ with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, IDD, dual diagnosis, and some ADHDCaseload: 12-14 patients/day, max of 2 intakes/dayRemote & Supported: You'll have full support from onsite telehealth staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!Supervision: Supervision of onsite PMHNPs required.No-on call responsibilities!Qualifications: Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry.Active medical license in Missouri or an IMLC with a letter of qualification requiredAvailability for 24-40 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours.Telehealth experience, with knowledge of EClinical Works as a plus.Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients with varying levels of acuity, from low to high.Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.Preferred Qualifications: Collaborative Excellence: We value flexibility and strong communication skills.
