Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Progressive is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have a knack for people management.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers- Provide feedback on chat performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong critical thinking abilities- Previous experience with web chat software preferred- Confident and motivated attitude- People management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required
